Medical Malpractice Update: NJ Pure

Recently, the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance issued a “show cause” notice to NJ Pure, one of the state’s medical liability insurance carriers. Click here to review (potential actions are summarized on pages 12 and 13).

We do realize that some NJOS members are insured by NJ Pure at this time, and this information is a heads-up for everyone. Although we cannot predict the extent and result of this investigation, it’s important to be aware of this.
